Patrick advises senior executives in medical technology companies on customer-driven service strategy, operations and execution and has over 20 years combined industry and advisory experience across the hi-tech and med-tech sectors. Patrick provides advice in the areas of co-developing innovative service strategies to increase growth, improving the overall customer experience, and maximizing the quality and efficiency of the customer operation. Prior to joining PwC via its acquisition of PRTM’s Management Consulting in 2011, Patrick has over 15 years of industry experience in customer strategy, service delivery and execution including holding executive service leadership roles within leading technology companies. Patrick’s business degree is from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School and he earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from Babson College F.W. Olin School. Patrick is COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) certified and is a frequent speaker on service industry leading topics.
