Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions:
A full refund less a 20% administration fee will be issued for requests received in writing 2 weeks before the conference. No refunds will be granted after that date, however substitutions are welcome at any time.
**In the event that a Conference APP is available to attendees, upon entering such platform you will gain access to confidential materials and direct networking opportunities, as such you will waive your rights to a refund of your registration fee and the option of substitution.
Three or more representatives from the same organization, who register at the same time, are eligible for a 25% off discount of the Final Rate. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. Only applicable if inquired prior to registration.
All registrations require a credit card for payment and must be paid in full at the time of registration. Healthegy accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Registration type is contingent upon Healthegy verification, we reserve the right to cancel non-qualified registrants.
**By completing registration you are agreeing to attend an event in which you may be photographed, videotaped and published or promoted as an attendee of such event.
